Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes (if applicable) will be charged extra.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days in case of prepaid bookings.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations without prior notice.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
All our drivers are professionally trained and verified.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, delays), an alternative vehicle will be arranged.
Maa Bina Cabs is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If not, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur.
